City Capital Corporation (Stock Symbol: CTCC)), founded in 1984, is engaged in leveraging investments, holdings and other assets to build value for investors and shareholders through “Socially-Conscious Investing To Empower Urban Communities”  The company is committed to creating positive change and create self-sufficiency for communities around the country and the world, through initiatives that range from creating affordable housing for working-class families to development and production of biofuels.  The company acquires and renovates distressed properties in multiple industry segments, reselling them at a profit.

Company History
City Capital was originally founded as Ventures Diversified, Ltd. in 1984. In 1991 operating under the name of Maarco Communications, Inc., the company generated its first public offering. In 2004 the name was changed to City Capital Corporation and the ticker symbol CCCN was assigned. At that time City Capital was a Business Development Company (BDC), a special designation authorized by Section 54(a) of the Investment Company Act of 1940. It remained a BDC until January 3, 2007, when it became a 1933 Act company. In December 2007 the company symbol was changed to CTCC.

Equity Owners
Investors may purchase City Capital stock publicly over the counter online (OTCBB:CTCC) or by completing an SEC Accredited Investor Questionnaire and returning it to the company. Upon receipt, the most recent investor information will be forwarded to you.

Project Investors
Accredited Investors can also participate directly in large-scale projects on a profit-sharing basis per project. Projects are acquired at a deep discount, often directly from city, state or municipal government partners, and the company completes the renovation or development before reselling at a higher market value. Investors may also direct a portion or all of their profits in a project go to charity.

Credit-Investors
Investors with excellent credit (700 or higher FICO score and $70,000 household income) may invest using their credit alone, and no cash. Participants can invest in affordable real estate as sole owners as partners in City Capital’s “community renaissance” programs in cities nationwide. City Capital handles all of the details including research, acquisition, repairs, and property management, and the investor’s mortgage payments are guaranteed for the first full year for any month the property is vacant. The client owns the home outright, with approximately 15-20% equity, and keeps 100% of all rental and resale profits.

City Capital has no paid employees. All staff requirements are performed through contracts with other entities.
